Most folks today have an elderly relative or know someone who has an elderly relative who is experiencing some diagnosed form of cognitive decline. An observer does not need to be a medical doctor to see that Mr. Biden is not at the top of his game.
That Mr. Biden appears to be relatively lucid and coherent at times and woefully inept or confused at other times raises questions as to how or why that happens.
We are all mortal after all. It is my opinion that Mr. Biden's mortality is frequently on open display.
