Etrsk, don't contact a girl unless you request a specific time, day, length of session and where (incall, outcall). Understand what her donation and activities are beforehand. Provide a couple references, too, if you've never seen her. I used to do this; not any more.

You'll get a lot more attention if you actually request a date, rather than "screen me for the future". And stick to it.

I agree. If I get a message that says, "Maybe we can get together soon..." i just write if off and move on. I also hate having to pull information outta someone, such as time, availability, refs, etc. If it gets to be too much work on my end, I just keep moving.

Agreed. That certainly was not the case this week. It was always later afternoon on day X. Only change here was the exact length of the session.
