There has never been a Palestine. While the Romans called the Jewish Kingdome of the first century AD/CE "Palestine", the Jews there never did.
Yes there was a region called Palestine and the people that lived there were called Palestinians. I posted a short ten minute video clip which gives a good over view of this subject matter. The information is derived from the Bible, it's animated for clearity.

Think what ever you want to think there was in the past . . .there is no "Palestine" now and there never will be in the future.

Enyone that believes Israel will allow Hamas or anyone else to irradicate their nation or commit genocide on them should re-reasd the part of Jewish Tora that tells the story of Sampson.

I am convinced that en extremis, they will do that.

Read the Bible it's the word of God, you'll find the truth there.

Word of WHO? (or is that WHOM?)

At least 35 people wrote the Bible, and all possibly with different truths and different agendas. (allegedly)
Do you actually believe Jesus's biography was written by God?

All joking aside, ahem, religion can't really be the go-to on this discussion, as hard as you're trying to make it that.

The history of the region is pretty well-documented.

Drifting off topic now.

Remember - you can always start your own thread

Chit, I'm agreeing with your OP.

And I'm disagreeing with some of the arguments that are being used to disprove it.

The reference to drifting is for several posts, not just yours.

I always liked the burning bush and the 40 days and 40 nights.

If posters have time on their hands, a good read is Isaac Asimov's discussions on the Bible.

The Bible is all that is left for humanity. It's sad how far humanity has drifted away from God.

Not a scholar myself, but my understanding of the Holy Koran is that Hamas is about right on message from that perspective.

Spell-Check says I spelled it right . . .

The Holy Koran is the fundamental religious reference for Moslems worldwide.

My ill-informed understanding is that it endorses and encourages the violent opposition of any non-Islamic teaching.

Again, I am not a student of Islam, but I do see plenty of activity around the world to support that perception.

I am open to correction on this.
