construction started in 1973 for Units 1 & 2. Unit 1 was completed in 1996. Unit 2 was completed in 2016.

8 years is not too bad. its within range of the 5 year build plan.


Japanese have to consider earthquakes in that calculation. prolly why it took 8 years to build.
