Educate yourself on how the electoral college works. My 40K was inaccurate. I was thinking of one state. The real difference was around 200 thousand votes though.

And yes - there was cheating. First they cheated just by changing the rules, which made it much easier to cheat. Then Democrats took advantage of that. How much cheating there was, at this point we may never know unless all states do actual audits. But that isn't going to happen because some states were complicit in the process.
