Well, we haven't been privy to what a government paid insurance policy is going to contain yet either. If I were to guess, the poor are going to take it in the ass, as usual, and the policies they get from the government will likely be as worthless as the piece of paper it is written on, so don't drop your current insurance yet. As they said, we'll have to wait to see what's in it, but it will get interesting real quick if 50% of the population doesn't buy insurance.

Possibly so if the Dems get control of the house again in November, but doesn't look likely.

This has always been a tax. It is the biggest tax grab and control over the individual since income tax was instituted.

Pay attention to the thread, BigTurd. Some were saying if you have your own insurance, Obamacare won't effect you. It will.
Now back to your previously scheduled delusion.

Isn't this similar to the same veiled threats made by the Far Right Wing-Nuts after the President initially signed the legislation into law? As I recall it was said at the time that the Supreme's would certainly overturn the legislation, because it was blatantly unconstitutional. Even as late as Monday of this week, SOF was boldly predicting a 6-3 Court decision, against the legislation.
There you have it folks, an open and shut case of best made Tea Nut plans gone awry! It appears to me this legislation seems to be on fast forward as long as SOF and his fellow Tea Nuts are predicting otherwise!
There is no reason for the Administration to be concerned unless SOF changes his mind (assuming he even has one) and predicts that Obama's signature legislative victory is safe!
