BigTurd is right that W lost his focus, but wrong saying Obama restored the focus. Obama followed W's policies almost to the letter, after he promised he wouldn't. Yeah, he got bin Laden, which was more of a "feel good" victory than a tactical one. But any President would have done that, as soon as they had the intel. It's not as big a deal as it's now being made out to be.

Obama was there, I saw him. He used the secret government teleporter to go there and back. It was actually Obama in Columbia that stiffed the hooker; teleporter once again.

God bless Bob Perry, a patriot and a hero. He helped keep a dishonorable man out of the White House

That conclusion is, in part, based on these known facts: 1) Saddam had had WMD in the past. 2) Saddam had strong incentives to reconstitute his arsenal. 3) He had the money to refinance such a reconstitution. 4) He had trained, competent technicians who could reconstitute his stockpile of WMDs. 5) He had the necessary materiel on hand to proceed with such a reconstitution. 6) He repeatedly stalled and deceived the inspectors leading intelligence specialists to surmise he was re-arming with WMD.

So you are arguing that Bush used report findings from 2004 and 2005 as a 'justification' to declare war on Iraq in 2003? Ekim the Inbred, you are more cerebrally challenged than was first evident.
BTW, Ekim the Inbred, your 'daddy' (uncle/cousin/etc.) still had nothing to do with it.
