I believe the practice is called "Making it rain" and was started by FLO-RI-DA but I could be wrong....you have just been treated to my entire knowledge of the "Rap" culture....never thought I'd be able to use it.....pretty impressive, huh?!?!

Upon winning the lottery, I'm going to make a few providers VEERRRRRRRY happy women.
After an initial surge of TONS OF FUN, then I'd move into being charitable.

considering most lotto winners are broke in 3 yrs...i would suggest a cooldown period before making anyfinancial choices. And a good talk with a good accountant.
As for charities, That is ditermined by the individuals own passions and beliefs.
I personally would consider charities that have 90% or better effeciency. Meaning over 90 cents of every buck actually makes it to the poor, hurt, ugly, whatever. Some of the big charities like the united way are pitiful with CEO's who make 400k+ saleries. Not all big charieties are wasteful. The Red Cross kicks ass. Also you local church who feeds the homeless or runs food shelters etc put 98% and even 100% directly to help for poor.....follow your heart...But use your mind to make sure your charity actually helps the most ppl.
Lastly you can be your own charity, there is no tax break, then again it is charity. There are good people who because of weather, fire, theft, things beyond their control are thrown into chaos. A helping hand could keep em from spiraling into poverty or distroying the family.

Finally somebody telling the truth. I have 2 options.
1. Hire 2 full time girls, and will them 1 million a piece if I died of natural causes (in other words, if they fucked me to death).
2. Move to some place like Dallas that has hundreds of girls, and just sample until I died. I would love to post 1,000 reviews.

Gawd ... how many times have I thought through this realistic opportunity!
Lets presume the total winnings were $200,000,000.00
1. Uncle Dumbass gets his portion but he still owes ... shit, the Debt Clock is changing too fast for me to post anything except $14,682,XXX,XXX,XXX.00 ... now you happy Uncle Dumbass?
Down to $100,000,000.00.
2. Go to AMEX Financial, set up accounts and get Black AMEX Card.
3. AMEX will pay off all of my bills, including the mortgage.
3. AMEX will set aside Trust Funds for family, and for Charities.
a. Charity #1 would be for kids, kids and kids.
b. Charity #2-3 for Breast Cancer and Heart disease.
c. Charity #4 would be for animals.
4. Buy multiple (premium) lots on Lake Ray Hubbard.
a. tear those houses down, and build me one.
5. SO to decorate the whole house, I'll do the electronics and security, and Man Cave.
6. Buy a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Shelby Cobra, Camaro ZL1, BMW750ix & Jeep Wrangler.
7. Buy a Moomba Liquid Force LSV.
8. Buy a pair of Sea Doo Muscle Crafts.
9. Buy a condo in uptown, fully furnished with two BMW325i's, for my ATF's.
10. Take 3 best friends to Vegas, with 9 playmates, for a party to end all parties!
11. Take same 3 friends to Atlantis Resort, with 9 new playmates, for another party!
Come up for air ...
12. Rent office space in Addison High Rise. Hire sexiest Receptionist ever!
13. Work in new office ... sit around playing XBox 360 and PS3, and watching porn!
By that time, I should have significant amount still left over so that I could live (and feed my Hobbying lifestyle) off the interest from a large investment account.
And then I could finish my Bucket List ...

Heck we were making it rain back in the early 80's at local strip clubs, but we just didn't want to stand at the stage and wait to give the dancer (oops, Entertainer) all of those dollas so we just threw them up, and let them come down on the stage! Then she bitched cuz she had to big them all up!

Yes, very impressive! It's now added to my lexicon, preferably will be added to my experience also. Nice thought form.
Nina noticed that they're $1 bills - yes L'il Wayne and his crew must have been working extra hard to give that $250,000 away that night!

Wow that's interesting! And emotive. $2 million for a great ecological cause and $5M for a very niche but emotive cause. Makes me think.

I like this post so much I'm going to start a new thread. Don't bitch at me please! Maybe people who won't be interested in the lottery question might be interested in finding out what are considered to be efficient charities.
Given that we are all probably prevailed upon A LOT to give to charity, it'd be nice to know.

Hey this is something we could put on our sites! - 'Willing to be showered by $1/$100/whatever bills - to the tune of $250,000 thank you very much.'
You never know, someone might just go for it. I think I'll put it on my new site, see if I get lucky!

Haaaa, that is hilarious.... We could go for :
1$ bill showers for 30 minutes
100$ bill showers for 5 minutes ....
and the "specials" for the advanced shower voyeurs would be the opposite timeframes :-)
