Flame me if you want, but putting token women and minorities in positions of Executive leadership is a sure fire way to undermine the tenets of your society. Look at most major (leftist run) cities in America. Woman mayor, woman chief of police, woman SA......none of them are guiding their cities to prosperity and industrialization....its a race to third-world infrastructure, abandoning all responsibility and pushing ever globohomo agenda

Nah... No flamin' here. You make a great point there, mate.
Now SOME of the minority women are GOOD and up to the task
of doing the job fairly. But others - are just there for
'window dressing" - because as soon as they are criticized,
those who do it ARE ATTACKED and called "racist" or mean
or "woman haters".... This type o' thing. They may be
the worst person at the job - but are protected by
the news media. Maybe even protected if they're gay,
or crippled, or trans-gendred.
