... No pretence about it - Trump IS a victim.
The FBI and Democrat leaders STOLE the election!
(President Trump has stated that everything was already DE-classified.)

1. As the documents had previously been declassified, then there were no classified documents
2. The warrant does NOT allow the corrupt FBI/DOJ to take whatever they want. They spent all day in Mar-A-Lago - they had plenty of time to take only what was allowed by the warrant. Yet they stole Trump's passports and attorney client privileged documents

... They took the passports to play-up the phony
"Trump's a flight risk" meme with the news media.

Reading comprehension, berry. You as well, Salty.
Refer to Attachments A and B, pages 37 and 38 for the Premises to be Searched and the Property to be Seized.
The filter team and process to address potential privileged docs is described at the end of the affidavit, pages 31 through 32.

They'll look at the fed regs referenced in the affidavit eventually and understand why the line of bullshit he's feeding about declassification is a red herring.
Then again... berry never did go review the Executive Orders Biden issued and what they actually did before blowing that shit way, way out of proportion as part of Operation Tit for Tat, so maybe my faith in reading comprehension is unwarranted as it really hasn't been demonstrated that there's any ability to do the analysis or connect the proper dots.
But the info is there and fairly clear nonetheless

Those dots?
... One o' those FBI Officials was just tossed from the sinking ship.
You must have missed that.
And "tit for tat" was Stormy having to pay $$$$ Trump's legal fees.

The only one lacking reading comprehension is yourself and the other libtards.
Attachment B clearly says:
All physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed in violation of 18U.S.C.§§793, 2071, or 1519, including the following:
Clearly Trump's passports and attorney client privileged documents DO NOT Fall under what was allowed to be taken per the affidavit.

The FBI's playbook Salty:
1) Target your political enemies.
2) Say you can't comment on an ongoing investigation.
3) Leak to the press.
4) Redact your documents.
5) Eventually get caught lying.
6) Keep your job and get a promotion.
Rinse and repeat.
The shit is so deep on this one though for the corrupt FBI that the main agent in charge already has gotten shit-canned.
That is how you know this is really bad for the corrupt FBI and DOJ

Read again. Same page, bullet point a. They weren't sitting down and reading each document. Connect your dots. If there was a marked document they pulled the entire box or container and any other box or container collectively stored or found together for the filter team to review.
Hence, why the filter team found the passports while sorting the contents and knowing they couldn't be seized, contacted Trump's lawyers, as is appropriate, before Trump even whined and bloviated about it.

Yes...I believe it. Probably stuffed in his box of markers and crayons and an old glue stick. Perhaps in a box next to his old Penthouse mags. The FBI likely had a good laugh at Fat-Mans shitty stash of mags- covered over by a folder of TOP secret military documents so his wife wouldn't catch him beating off to his girly mags. Then again, she doesn't even sleep in the same bed or room as he does. Probably a platonic relationship in EVERY way. No way he's seem that nude for less than 1 million.

As Salty noted - they were there over 9 hours for a handful of boxes of stuff.
They reviewed them while there and still stole them.
Even a libtard knows a passport does not fall under what they were authorized to take
Even a libtard agent should be able to know that if a document was between President Trump and White House Counsel - that is attorney client privilege
The corrupt FBI/DOJ broke the law and overstepped their bounds. They know it, the American public knows it. The only ones who are in denial about it are libtards. Hell the FBI just shit canned the agent in charge as part of their damage control effort. But the libtards are still living in their fantasy world thinking "we really got him this time". Libtards are worse than Charlie Brown getting the football pulled away from him

Read the language again. They didn't have to be in a box with a marked document to get swept up. They didn't have to be in the storage room, either.
Connect the dots. Unlike some folks, I know you can actually do it even if you don't want to to admit it.

Looking worse and worse for the corrupt FBI/DOJ
Jonathon Turley: Fox is reporting that US District Court Judge Aileen Cannon is now demanding a more detailed account of seized material and the results of the DOJ taint team. That is an important and useful step. While it is too late to prevent the DOJ from looking at this material, it can still result in an independent judgment on what may be privileged as well as new information on the classification and categorization of these documents. The DOJ taint teams have long been criticized by opposing parties, this is a way of assuring many in the public that there is an independent review. Indeed, Attorney General Merrick Garland should have supported such an appointment from the outset.
