Probably not. I've had it happen to me and I now recognize it pretty quickly, so you have to pick your poison: do you want her love juices to spoil the kissing, or are you going to avoid or delay DATY so you can enjoy the kissing?

For me, good, passionate kissing is very highly desirable. It's one of the things I look for. But just as it is with essentially everything else, "no kissing" is not a show stopper. There are many, many parts to an enjoyable encounter with a pretty young lady and I have never found myself in a situation where I left feeling unsatisfied just because of no-kissing.

Having said that, I think no-kissing is often (not always) a symptom of a little more distant attitude overall, and a good attitude/personality IS one of the few must-haves for me.

If a lady doesn't kiss at all I am much less likely to revisit, but there are some who don't kiss but are so nice to be with in other ways that I have gone back more than once.
