Fake or Natural?

If you are going to do this. Talk to friends that have 'em. Ha... you might have friends that have them....and it doesn't even look like they do. (They can look that good) Do they work with that person’s body? Put your hands on 'em and see if you like that feel. Look to see about scars. You may not see any. (You can enter the body with Saline implants in some pretty faraway places….so there is still a scar…but not where you might think. Ask about who did them...some surgeons are better than others. Saline vs Silicone....to me there is a big difference. There are pros and cons to each. Years ago Silicone had a big scare...I believe they are safe now….actually they were safe back then…but that is another story. Get more than one consult with some of the recommended surgeons.

As I checked on them yesterday, I can say again yours are terrific...spectacular as is.
That girl Tammy really needed the surgery cause she was really flat (I saw her before)...and now they look ok in the photos wrapped in that sexy outfit, but they may be fake looking when unwrapped...you don't won't big weird looking boobs do you?
If you do get implants, spend the money to get it done by the best Dr. around...because you get what you pay for.

I really dont mind one way or the other, as long as they look, and feel great!

What you might want to consider is getting the kind that have the little valve stem on the side. That allows you to either increase, or decrease the size of them if you're not happy with the results after the swelling goes away. All it takes is another trip to your surgeon and a little slice and off you go with a little band-aid on your boob until it heals.

I do not like the touch and feel of fakes. for me, it is like touching some basketball whereas the naturals have just the right softness.
and if they are too big, they become tommy-knockers.....
