He also failed to disclose it for those same reasons to prevent the news from informing the public.

We don't know if it would have an effect on the outcome. However, it it did, we can all say that is bad,no?

I actually believe it wouldn't now. Hindsight is always 20/20. It's the fact that he did it, and the timing alone, leads to that conclusion, for that reason. It doesn't matter, if only because there is no way to really tell now, how it affected the outcome of the race.

Based on your posts You don't know much about the law or Perry Mason. Perry Mason was a great Private Investigator. He was not a great lawyer. He only lost one case. That's not the only possible charge. Obstruction, perjury, or several others are possible. The loser brigade saying there was no collusion means nothing. The investigation is to determine if there was collusion. There isn't supposed to be a "foregone" conclusion before you start. If he would shut up, maybe lex would notice Mueller hasn't said anything about any of this.
