And yes, there can be transgendered people (and some will argue that the desire to change your gender is a mental illness, but that is not relevant here), but there are also far more people who are not transgender who are equally crazy

As a former athlete, I was subjected to many Sexual assaults and inappropriate behavior by my cis Male coaches, the like of which has been documented for many years by my peers. I have three daughters, two who still currently compete and one who previously did, so yeah, I give huge fucks about girls safety. And all of what time? One is about CVS and their choice as a company to protect the human rights of their workers in regard to using the restroom / locker room.
The other is about promoting violence against women. The OP made this statement separate from the article he copy/pasted. He made the statement as opinion.

Sorry, but there is one topic - CVS's woke policy which puts women in danger. Pointing out that their policy is dangerous to women and will eventually come back to bite them when someone gets injured because of their ill advised policy is defending women, not promoting violence.

When and where did it suddenly become a "human right" for a biological male to use restrooms, locker rooms, showers, and to play in competitive sports that have been exclusively reserved for members of the opposite biological sex since the dawn of humanity?

Please try to be specific in your answer.

And if you are truly concerned for human rights, would you care to acknowledge the right to privacy of ALL biological females? Most of the women I know view it as an egregious violation of their right to privacy if they are forced to share those facilities with biological males.
