Review: NCNS w/ Destiny

I have to at least give Destiny a pat on the back for owning up to it and from what I can tell being truthful. While there is no excuse, there is a reason.

I drive an hour plus to my appointments one way typically, I live in St Joseph so getting to downtown Kansas City takes about an hour depending on traffic so I know more then most how a NCNS can suck the big one. It is just a part of the game, and there is no sense in getting angry about it.

However, one thing did stand out to me, Destiny, you didn't know his ECCIE handle? Did you screen him at all? That is somewhat concerning from my point of view. I'm simply asking because this could help you in the future.

Well yes I understand that but does his ECCIE user name give her access to his cell phone number, I guess she could have sent a PM, but wouldnt he have to be on the site to see it. Are you suggesting that he was driving down the road signed into this ECCIE account (he could have been, but how would she have known).

To answer your question though, I have stayed away from a lot of the newer technology, with the patriot act and the governents history of using the phone as a listening devise and a GPS tracking devise, I tend to limit phone activity and have stayed away from the smart phones for this reason. The most your going to get from me over the phone is about one sentence in length LOL.

If she would have been able to pm him he could have been able to see it when he got there and was waiting the half hour and I have seen a couple girls with no phone calls at all. She said that she could find her phone, not that she could make it to the appointment. At least if the room had wireless access she could go to a 2 pm system instead of calls.

It doesn't really matter in this case, but for me personally that would have helped. Everyone is different with how they communicate though.

That doesn't really apply since we are to talking theory now related to the original post. This issue is pretty tame as far as ncns, but it can be helpful to have different opinions on how to lessen the blow. It will help both sides.

I'm not assuming anything. We know my recommendation wouldn't have worked in this case. As I said before, shit happens. But discussing it can make the hobby better. I think most guys here will agree that this won't hurt destiny.

So what if she does not know his handle? Believe it or not there are quite a number of guys who don't have handles on any board who can pass screening. Hell, you don't have to have a handle to belong to P-411..Escorts have been hooking up with clients long before the internet.. A handle is not required to get screened.
