If someone says 'The hill is just full of garbage!' 'Wilkinsburg is a shithole town with shithole people there.' ' Northview Heights has nothing but losers and suckers living there'... that'd be called out as racist.

The people who are working for Trump and running his campaign approved this speaker, and approved what he said.
If they didn't pass this by Trump to sign off on, then they are speaking for Trump when he has one of his speakers call one of our territories an island of garbage.
If they did pass this by Trump, then he signed off on calling one of our territories an island of garbage.
