Hey Blad, you must be huge now! Are you going to compete in Mr Olympia this year? I'm assuming that you spent some the hours you used to spend on this forum spewing shit, in the gym instead. That would mean you could have increased your work out routine to 10-12 hours per day, instead of your usual 4.
