Sam is just right for her height, she's what you call HWP.

Asian women are like any other group of people, their HWP varies like all of us do, though I guess more Asian women, IMO, tend to be skinnier rather than over weight. Probably a culture thing?

I just wish I was younger with a strong back, I do a Sonny Corleone on Sam! You know, at his brothers wedding!

Thanks for remembering doll. Yeah got a pretty nasty scar from the surgery but all good. Docters said wait 12 weeks to run, so I waited 5. No swelling so its all good. I hate being lazy and not working out. I'm sure you feel me there babe.

Don't push it. I ignored my body and tore my rotator cuff from working out. I'm just starting to run again because it hurt to even run with my shoulder. Sadly I think I've put on 5 to 8 lbs during this injury. Sadly, I'm getting to the age where injuries are more frequent.

My worst trait is that when I work out I eat healthy, when I don't work out I eat like crap.

Tara,
Recovery is an important part of training. I would recommend that you take two days off each week. I have been doing triathlons for 10 years so if you want to hit me up for some training advise I have some other suggestions for you. Just for reference, my fastest half marathon was done at a 7:49 pace. Did I mention that I swam 1.2 miles and rode 56 miles first?

I could use a personal trainer to help me burn some calories. Is an invite for a sexercise session possible?
