COF is a porn cliche to let everyone know the actor got his finish. In real life, I think it's kinda silly.

CIM is, for me, the most fantastic feeling in the world, especially with a woman who knows how to prolong the experience (And there's at least one posting in this thread. You are a treasure.).

But it's only fantastic when the woman either enjoys it or can make it seem that she does. Reluctant CIM means we're doing something she doesn't want to be doing, and for me at least, that takes the fun out of it. Enthusiasm is very important.
