Reminds me of the simple life in North Korea where the minions grovel on command - to be able to survive the day on discarded food waste that they forage.
Some people get into the misguided notion that everyone should let self appointed dictators murder enough of the population to enure the survivors remain compliant and grovel on command. Curiously enough, that's pretty much why we have the 2nd amendment to curb that sort of tyranny.

Gassing the Kurds? Excuse me but Lincoln conducted a war which killed over 700,000 people here in America in order to prevent his country from fragmenting. Saddam Hussein used the necessary force in order to prevent armed terrorists from staging rebellion in his country. He suppressed only those people who used terrorism, like the Kurds, in efforts to destroy the country. What do you think the Turks have been doing to the Kurds the last forty years? They've been at war with the same Kurds Saddam was for the same reasons and do you ever hear criticism of the Turks? Hell no. Because the people criticizing Saddam are fucking hypocrites, and most of the stories about him were just lies anyway. Remember in 1991 how girls cried in Congressional testimony claiming that Iraqi soldiers took babies out of incubators in Kuwait so the babies would die on the floor! Saddam the baby killer! It turned out to all be lies. Lies lies lies. 90 percent of all these stories about Saddam were lies. Once Saddam was gone Iraq blew apart and the Shiites and the Sunnis were at war with each other, then ISIS came along. And all this happened because of all these asshole, like the Kurds, who wanted to destroy the state and make it impossible for anyone to govern there and keep the fucking peace.
And if you doubt that all of what was said about Saddam was a campaign of lies then I have three words for you..
Weapons of Mass Destruction
