So just remember during your promotional reviews that first impressions are lasting impressions. She was never like that at NYNY. According to some other (non-promoter) hobbyists I know she’s also left them less than impressed for other reasons.

If Susan needs your help then Susan needs to step up and help herself. Starting with making better impressions with her customers. No business can operate and sustain itself with only new customers. There needs to be repeat business. So she should suck it up and start liking her customers more instead of just the cash. Because it sounds to me she’s burned out and should just retire and become a mamasan or something. No one has time for her to not be at her best on any day. She’s been less than her best for too long.
