I have heard of at least (1) case where the husband had to pay child support for a child that was not his own. Even though it was proven through DNA. The best interest of the child and a presumed "bond" between parent and child outweighed reality of the wife's actions.

You know my ex wife? I was once married to a psychopath, when the relationship started going south I went in for a vasectomy since we had decided on no children. A few months before the break up the sex was great and then after she told me she might be pregnant and I sprung the news that it could not be mine. Well talk about a display of emotions it was priceless, the funny part was she had stopped taking her birth control but I was the arse for doing that to her. If you don't want to get caught up in this type of scenario, and you don't want any children this is the most responsible thing you can do to mitigate the risk. By the way she was not pregnant.

Another funny part to the story, when I had to take a sample to the Dr. after the vasectomy he specifically said I don't want a cup full of saliva. Apparently that kills the little swimmers as well. So BBBJ is still an option boys.

So, i made research a little about the situation in europe. it is same like in USA. Even if the sperm is robbed, the guy has to pay custody. The slight difference is thought that in one case in germany the woman who demanded custody this way got sentenced to one year in prison for this kind of conduct. And because she lied about the way things went down.

but other judges do not condemn the father to childsupport because if the code of conduct was deceit then he can sue the woman for that. so there is not "universal " approach" to it. It depends from case to case and court to court, at least in germany.

In some places here in the States there are similar statutes...but since the priority is the welfare of the child, criminal remedies are rarely pursued....afterall kinda tough to effectively mother from prison....

I know in state of oklahoma a father has no rights to said child unless the parents were married at the time of childs conception or birth. If the child is result of cheating the husband is still ordered to pay support until proven its not his child.

Child support for a child does not go back to birth. I decided to go after support when my son was 9. Child support starts from the date in which papers were filed.

Who the hell digs a used condom out, stands on their head and inserts what? A turkey baster? I say yes, the man should pay support, however the mother should be charged with some kind of crime... hijacked tadpoles? Personally if she is that jacked up in the head to resort to doing all that then she obviously should not be parenting anyway and I say give dad custody and make mom pay support. Mothers who pop babies out like pez candy for financial benefit dont deserve to be mothers.
