Sometimes we ALL seem to lose sight of the simple idea
that posting here is VOLINTARY.... And We are free

I don't spend much time, if any, in the "Other Realm"
forum, but I reckon there's a certain audience there.
Same with the Business forum and Diamonds and Tuxedos.

Surely reminds me of a olde time Australian saying:

Free to visit and post doesn't mean we're not responsible for the way it impacts culture though.

... Hmmmmm.... I'm not sure... Reckon what happened is that a
wealthy political outsider named Trump put a great scare
into the Democrats (and "establishment" Republicans) by
WINNING the Presidency when the Establishment actually
believed Trump would get destroyed by Hillary.

So the Establishment - which Trump has labeled "The Swamp"
- had to make certain that Trump was NOT reelected.
And that's what they did. By hook or by crook. (Aussie expression)

So it would seem that the political discourse and dirty tricks
(such as the phony Steele dossier, for example) have DEVIDED
the country even greater - in me-own opinion.

The best way forward? ... The mid-term elections.
