He is still a good man in my book.
When I was watching his presentation at the U.N. regarding Iraq's violations of the U.N. resolutions I was remined of watching Adlai Stevenson giving his presentation to the U.N. regarding the Bay of Pigs fiasco. I groaned both times.
Rice is going through the same now with respect to the "film protest" attack.
Hillary will be the next "under the bus" ... if the election goes his way.

Colin Powell was constantly leaking to the press and undermining Bush's ability to govern, when he was Secretary of State. He wasn't loyal to the president. I never liked him.
By endorsing Obama, Powell put loyalty to race above his loyalty to the party, or the country.

That's if you hide the fact. If you are deceptive, you should get punished.
If you do it as a joke and point it out, I've never seen it punished
Because if not, about half this board will get points or banned. It is done all the time in reviews and Co-ed Discussion, typically when a guy wants to make some over the top compliment to some provider or crack a joke.
