im not offended brooke but seriously is this what guys do in their free time? grr... i dont sweat the small stuff i just think that their making it into more then what it is, things happen all the time, its just how the cookie crumbles, i think i have more good reviews then the one bad one, and i have my reasons for how i do each appointment, if they want to go off the minor details which would exclude them from the main course then that is their choice, silly tome, but non the less their choice

Yes I read what you wrote but you wrote much more than "I appologized", you then got defensive, dropped an F bomb, and seemed to get mad at anyone who didnt like the situation. What I was suggesting was to just say 1 line "I appologized and I have offered to make it up to him" period.

When you come off as defensive and start acting mad when you make a mistake, everyone (who doesnt know you) will get the wrong impression of you.

Just sayin'.
