WTF, the Federal Government places all kinds of mandates on public schools which restricts how much control localities have. I have given you two examples. You choose to ignore them. Once again, you are part of the problem, not the solution. And you have yet to point out to me where federal involvement is Constitutional at all. Again, you dodge the question. Why do you even bother to post here? You have nothing to say, and take up a lot of space saying it. Apparently the status quo is fine with you. Ok. It's not with me.
