That's why Congress put MANDATORY MINIMUMS and STACKED SENTENCES. Been handling a lot of Federal criminal cases these days? Or just murder jury cases?

When a Judge (any Judge, much less a SCOTUS Judge) LIES ABOUT FACTS in a Judicial Hearing (Or ANYTIME!) then there is a serious systemic PROBLEM with our judicial system and the loonatics who select those kinds of LIARS (or any kind of LIAR) to a LIFETIME APPOINTMENT....particularly when the selection process is based on ethnicity and gender!!!!!
The current nominee has already lied to Congress in these hearings. It's bad enough the lunatics voted for a lying POTUS AND VPOTUS, but now they want a LYING SCOTUS Justice to add to the one they already picked.

Not really relevant... they were white. They HAD to be qualified to get into law school. Since KBJ is a black female, we know that she didn't have to be qualified to get into law school (protip: That's what affirmative action is)
