not true. first off, Emergency care is not HEALTH care.. it is emergency care. second, many children who are low income fail to qualify for Medicaid or CHIP, due to a myriad of rules. some apply for Obamacare, but are not accepted, BECAUSE their application is denied, and sent to the State for Medicaid, then Medicaid is denied, so no coverage is possible, unless private, unaffordable insurance is obtained.

Bullshit, an emergency care facility is a "healthcare facility".

And your call out of low income is largely just bullshit. There are next to no states in the union that will exclude via either Medicaid or Chip or etc. children that don't have healthcare coverage.

Your definition of low income and the state/Fed definition may vary, but it's rare if you follow procedure, you can't qualify a low income child for coverage.

Again define "REAL" healthcare in terms of our current system and whether Obamacare actually strove to give anyone "Real" healthcare.

It was debacle from day one when no one including Nancy Pelosi knew what was in it. She would have had to read it to know that.
