Jussie must have had a clown crew for lawyers.

Sooner or later any competent Attorney would have told him to shut the fuck up.
They would have also advised him to not perjure himself.

Every defendant has the right to not testify, or testify. But once you do decide to testify, you can’t just get on the stand and lie.

Jussie should definitely be tried for perjury..

btw i thought it was "oh the INhumanity"

aside from the evilness of a fake hate crime,

which has all sorts of deleterious effects were it to work

and the evilness of the narcissistic disorder from which it arises

and the underlying racial hatred it reveals in jussie

there's the evilness of the reflexive "i stand with jussie" nature of the dimocrat media, entertainment and political classes trying to use anything they can to further their own biases and careers on the backs of blacks and gays

The lawyer has a professional responsibility to the Court as an officer of the Court, but also to the licensing authority. Typically, if the lawyer knows that a client is going to testify under oath INconsistently with what the client has told the lawyer, then the lawyer's OBLIGATION professionally and as an officer of the court is to withdraw as the client's attorney PRIOR TO THE CONTRADICTORY TESIMOMY by the client.

One area in which most lawyers fail that obligation is in the circumstance in which through the representation the client has told the lawyer he/she "didn't do it" and then decides to take a plea deal in which the judge will ask the client a series of questions which typically include something like ... Are you pleaing guilty because you did it and you are guilty of doing it? That is sworn testimony different than the attorney was told. And the attorney needs to withdraw.

The reality of some of these high profile cases is the attorneyS are paid big bucks and they get big publicity (some not so good for them!) and that tends to make them overlook professional responsibilities and obligations. DA's and Assistant Da's do the same thing, as do LE.

It is obviously not the same or as serious as rape; but what happens when a woman cries rape and she wasn't? All she did was just fuck it up for the true victims for her own self gain or vengeance against a man. That's not probably the best analogy, but that fucker only did it for attention to jump on the woke movement. When some gay dude actually does get his ass kicked for being gay, he is now going to be scrutinized more while the cops are rolling their eyes while thinking, "yeah, I've hurt this bullshit before."
Ask yourself, what is the police had arrested two white guys wearing MAGA hats that night. What would they have gone through based on the lies told by this idiot. Would they be made whole by him. Would they get their reputations back? If they had gone to jail (with Kim Fox as a prosecutor they would have) how would their lives by afterwards?
This guy got off easy. Considering he is found hanging (I'm not saying that he should) but since he is into hoaxing people, why wouldn't he do it to himself. He has kind of set the stage for that narrative. Of course, he will be found before he is extinguished and can be the hero once again.

If he believes his life is truly in danger then he has grounds for review based on mental problems.
If he is just doing this for attention and does not believe his life is in danger then he has grounds for review based on emotional problems.

Just beating the liberal elite to the punch.

It is a good learning exercise for the public at large to have liars who knowingly give false testimony to be prosecuted AND given extended sentences as an example. The bailiffs don't need to do it.

The "informal system" inside his new "home" will address that issue, if they haven't already had their "trial"!
President Trump should sue him for defamation - seeing-as
Jussie claimed "Trump Supporters" attacked him.

Why not? He sues everybody else. And then rus and hides.

For someone with such a deep understanding of America, you still haven’t figured out how the country works.
