Bump stocks are rightfully banned - IMHO.

Putting Fa weapons in the hands of anyone with $99 is crazy - the las vegas shooter used a bumptstock to increase his kill rate. And it did.

You want an FA weapon - go the current 1986 NFA Act and get a $200 tax stamp and transfer the weapon legally per the BATFE..

So, now ... were any of the Chicago 18 killed with a weapon fitted with the "bump stock"? Las Vegas is irrelevant.
