Think of it as a floor and a ceiling using a 2 value vector. Less than 5/4 is below average. Greater than 6.21/4.85 is above average. Any vector in between is average. Example : 6/5 is average because both values do not exceed the maximum average vector, 6.21/4.85. 7/5 is above average. 4.8/5 is below average because both values do not exceed the minimum average vector, 5/4.

I read an article online from a male dom that discussed the difference in what he called a blood penis and a meat penis. The meat penis when flaccid and erect is about the same size, length and girth. The blood penis expands an incredible amount when erect.
