I agree GFE is synonymous with IOP, but it's more than just which activities are in play or even if it's a BBBJ or DFK. I HATE IT when I get to a girl and she has me strip down. Feels like I am in an AMP and they are turning tricks as fast as possible. If it's GFE, the girl has NOTHING else to do but take care of me, so there shouldn't be anything she needs to do while I am taking off my clothes. No matter what positions we fuck in, or how well she fakes an O (I like to think the girl never needs to fake with me....just everyone else), if the session doesn't start with her making the effort, it just feels like....a session....or a waitress turning tables as fast as possible.
When I think of the provider that has this mastered, AshleyStarr is the best around.
