I think that celebrating her size needlessly causes people to falsely believe you can be healthy and fat. Significant evidence contraindicates that idea and the only reason someone can be fat and able to move well and not stroke out is because of the strength of youth.

Get old and fat and you will have trouble getting around along with significant other health problems making your life increasingly miserable with poor health, limited job prospects, poor self image, and heightened vulnerability to COVID- 19, among other things.
