you have put down ubuntu before. sorry it does not work for you. i have been a system test engineer for 20 years. my whole company uses it, even our CTO. our peripherals work fine. i will bet money you have never even used it.
i would ask what you recommend...but i don't care. i am a happy ubuntu user. at least i am not vulnerable to viruses. glad you use a much better OS.
