Woah! 25 pages when the answer to your concern is so simple.
Goes something like this.
Client slap dash: I want to see you before anyone else dose.
Provider: Meahh!
Client forecast: When do you usually start seeing clients for the day?
Provider: Usually around 10 or 11AM
Client forecast: Can I set an appointment for 10AM then?
Provider: Sure can, I have you down.
The first example makes it sound like you are demanding something.
The second sounds like you are just eager to enjoy her company. Win/Win
Worst case scenario. She may be already booked for 10AM that day.
Ask her if she can do earlier, or pick another day. She may already know
what the deal is with your early request, but you aren't being rude about it.
Could she still be seeing someone earlier than you.... OMG!! Yes! Some risks
you just have to take sometimes. No plan is perfect LOL
It's just about respect really. Do you want to be treated like just the next
horny guy with a wallet...No, of course not. Providers deserve the same degree of respect.

No, no, he don't need no help! He's already been served. Hookers served him. He's taken care of. He's a little slow, but he got it. See, what he thought was he can come up here and make the rules. But now, he see that Hookers make the rules, that they run this bitch, and now he 'bout to bounce!

What's the line on that prediction?

Useful Data
It would be appreciated if you guys could provide useful and relevant data instead of mindless deprecation of the subject matter.
. . . These nonsense posts do nothing but display your ignorance, but if that is your goal then you're a great job of reminding us what we already know!

If you ask for the “first appointment” at 10 AM, and later she gets a request by someone for a 7 AM date, should she turn that one down? Are you going to reimburse her for the lost work?

No Meat
Thanks, Claire, but your post has no meat.
Tell us about some innocuous request that customers might innocently ask for, but that annoy you.
I remember a girl once admitting that when she returned a customer's call during the holidays and she got pissed when he answered "Hello, this is Santa's helper" or something that he thought was cute and topical, but it was enough for her to cancel on him. Frankly, I still don't understand that one myself.
. . . Do you have any meat for us?

Claire's post is likewise perfection. It is a model of conciseness. She got the job done in four short words.
If I wanted "meat" ... a nice standing rib roast, maybe ... I'd go to a supermarket. Or, better yet, a meat specialty store. I do not look at message boards when I want or need animal protein.

Meat? You have actually received numerous servings of meat in the replies in this thread. It seems the issue is you do not agree with what others are telling you so you continue to brush off their opinions as unworthy of your consideration.
Trying to put it simply: you argue that men make "little, innocent" requests that "overly sensitive and irrational ladies get upset about". People are telling you, in essence, that if they are getting upset about them, then they are neither little nor innocent to them.
You keep ignoring that, and reiterate that YOU are the proper judge of what a lady should or should not find upsetting. The reality is, no you are not.

Stranger In A Strange World
What?
You don't comprehend what simple metaphor like "meat" is supposed to refer to?
. . . You must be like a stranger in a strange world that has no understanding of the code words and customs used on this planet.

I said it once and I'll say it again: for some, we have what's called the "pumpkin vagina". At the strike of midnight, it resets, don't you guys know? I am a virgin on my first appt of the day.
Wait. That really should be an upcharge.
All jokes aside, you are ALWAYS my first appointment, lover.
