That won't last long! They had better start with "White" ones. Their "issue" is that beginning when Bitten was VP there was a redistribution policy based on Federal funding that facilitated a "more balanced" distribution of the RACES in neighborhoods so that "minorities" were able to obtain favorable funding and purchase terms to buy houses in what had historically been "White" neighborhoods.

The tax payer did not fund Moderna from 2010 - 2019. Moderna got their funding from a venture capitalist. While they were doing research on M-RNA they were a company without a revenue generating product. Warp Speed had nothing,nada, zero to do with getting the M-RNA vaccine developed. The money from Warp Speed helped get the vaccine distributed, not developed.
