JB, a nice vacation to Raisin Rack will keep ya young. Go see Chuck and tell him what ails ya. He's a wealth of knowledge and that place is amazing if you ask questions. It's not the place to be shy. Enzymes are always the best place to start and make sure they have protease 1, 2 and 3. 30 days later, add amino acids and probiotics.
