Sorry, couldn't resist. While you're on the other side of the political divide from me, I respect you as a smart poster, and you're borderline eloquent. So I don't understand how he suckered you in during 2016. It makes me someone who really disliked Hillary, and found Trump's sense of theater somewhat refreshing. I would have preferred a Romney or a Jon Huntsman jr.

I didn't expect Trump to turn out like he did. I figured the Party would keep him in check, and Trump would be a figurehead, like an Eisenhower with virtually no political experience.

Instead I got a guy, whose fourth year was as disastrous as any President's in history. A Tyrant figure who mobilized his whole party (almost) to support him in Monarchial terms, lassoing in McConnell, McCarthy, Graham, Cruz, and others who made feeble attempts to counter Trump on an issue or two, only to express regret, and kneel before Trump, begging to swallow his 75 year old Manhood.

Naturally I ardently opposed him in 2020. I would be ashamed had I supported him, knowing he would orchestrate an attempted coup, complete with a Capitol riot, and Trump's eager Goon followers. I find it mildly amusing, but more worrisome that Trump's key supporters, many whom post on this website, can't seem to get enough of him. They consider him a King. When will this group tire of Trump's presence and bullshit?

At the heart of this debate is, what happened to "free to speak your mind in America". What has happened to honest debate in America where we use to say the answer is more speech not less speech

What happens if people listen to Joe Biden and take him seriously? He gets elected and millions of people ask why he is not doing, being what he said he would be, a uniter? So should Joe Biden be cancelled, not allowed to speak which every American citizen is suppose to have the right to do and the rest of us get to decide who to believe?

Has TC called for anybody to be silenced? He has not. As a matter of fact TC and Hannity say repeatedly that they don't want anybody's freedom to speak, taken away. They both, while vehemently disagreeing with Whoopie, support her right to say what she thinks and shouldn't be punished for it.


But you did provide an excellent example of what is going on by providing an example of what people who don't watch his show, believe he said and meant. Of course he was going after people who openly promoted "calling the police and report child abuse whenever they saw children wearing masks. This of course is not his position, it is just the opposite as a matter of fact but it's just too good a line not to use against him full well knowing he was using sarcasm.

Funny thing is, we are beginning to finally hear the truth that children wearing masks has been very detrimental to kids and many medical institutions are now saying so, that making children wear masks is child abuse because it hurts more than helps children.

I think when the dust settles, that will be the universal opinion and all the people who promoted masking children will bear the responsibility for that abuse.

All over the world, mask mandates are dropping like flies ( or like iguanas in Miami 40 degree weather ) and even vaccine mandates are falling away with so many now having been vaccinated together with natural immunity and the less lethality of Omicron, people are saying enough with mandating anything, let's all get back to life.

Like so many other topics, we see that Fox News was ahead of everybody in reporting the truth from the Russia Trump conspiracy hoax, to the cover-up of Covid escaping, being released, from a lab in Wuhan. There is now more than enough evidence, documents that flat out say "don't push that narrative even if true because it will hurt scientific research". And the main culprit there is Fauci with examples of doctors reversing their stand and then being rewarded with millions in grant money from Fauci.

Fox News and TC have been more right than wrong on every single topic being discussed from the border, which the MSM will not even address, to the teaching of CRT in elementary and primary schools with documents and interviews with teachers confirming what Liberal media to this day says isn't true but it is true.

I was surprised the other night to hear Bill Mahr talking about the border patrol on horse back "whipping" mostly Haitian immigrants which I guess makes it especially evil used against Haitians, when he should have known that did not happen spreading mis-information. Should Mahr be removed for saying something that is false and mis-leading? How many millions of people now believe that story to be true?
