Catholics are inherently against and offended by the idea of Birth Control and Abortion. Catholics regard life begins at conception and to destroy it while in the womb is murder. A Catholic who abandons that belief to appease others cannot remain within the Catholic faith. We should all respect other people's beliefs whether we agree or not, but we must first respect our own. If a person cannot do that then he or she is a failure.

"IF" they all practice what they preach and we know they don't. As a matter of fact, Fundamentalist are some of the worst offenders at least in the hierarchy. I would have to guess that the vast majority of the people in all religions are hypocrites but when you can confess and be absolved, time an time again,why would it matter?
