The only thing that you can be certain of is that invading Iraq again and invading Syria for the first time....and wherever else these people are holed up will only make it worse....not better. ISIS isn't part of any Government. ISIS and any other Terrorist organizations are criminals and can be defeated to the extent that their ability to organize is halted. But that can't happen when they are being funded and supplied with resources by those supposedly trying to defeat them.

No the fact that the war was won, the country turned over to the Iraq's, the military trained along with the police. All per the right, then the battalions of Iraq military and police ran dropped their weapons, ammo ,equipment, uniforms and ran like rabbits let ISIL into the country.
