... You must have missed the FACT that over 70% of people
there -BOTH Repubs AND Dems support the measure.

That's why it surely FLEW thru the Legislature.

In exchange, the counties would collect the tax revenue that Disney currently pays itself.

That bond debt will be made up in taxes that Disney now has to pay. That is what some are missing. Those bonds are supported by revenue that Disney pays itself (ie the special district). That revenue will now be paid to the counties to cover the debt

Anyway, even if Disney fights it in court or negotiates a settlement it's a victory against Woke corporations spouting woke bullshit to please a small group of their employees
... Exactly - there's other ways to raise the money.

Truth is... this idea of tightening things on Disney
has surely been in the works for a few years now.

Yeah Salty - Libs like to ignore the facts. The vast majority of the Florida population supported the bill to not indoctrinate children in grade K-3 that Disney was upset about

This was a great day for Floridians. Not only did:

1. Disney's special tax breaks get revoked,

2. but the best Governor in America signed the redistricting bill (which no doubt the libtards will target in court even though it is far more compact than any of the blue state gerrymandered maps)

3. AND he also signed a bill that bans critical race theory in schools and work-place training !!!

A god damn trifecta of success against the woke libtards pushing this crap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New Florida law bans critical race theory in schools, work-place training

So you’re pro billion dollar corporations not paying taxes and being exempt from environmental scrutiny? Does that apply to Exxon-Mobile too?

Disney LOSES nearly $50 billion in stock value since waging war against Florida's anti-grooming law. Going woke is doing wonders for their shareholders and business
