The first responsibility of POTUS is to protect the citizens from dying at the hands of our enemies.

Just as W failed in 911, Obama has failed now. You don't get to blame a paperwork error or somebody missed something at the border when people die, you take responsibility and make it right for those who died and prevent it from happening again.
