Brian Kemp as Secretary of State oversaw the election process in which he was running. This should be illegal. The mere appearance of impropriety is what led to this issue. Whether Brian Kemp had his finger on the election scale can't be proven or dis-proven but he never should have been in that position in the first place.

I would take Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump any day of the week. Even Ted Cruz is a better choice than Donald Trump and you know "I hate that guy".
