True - we know the judge is corrupt and the jury is likely tainted so the fix could be in no matter what the evidence has shown.

That is why there are appeals courts.

Corrupt Judge Merchan is sustaining the prosecutions objections before question is fully asked. It’s so bad the witness (Costello) blurs out “Jeez”. The contrast of how much Judge Merchan let in during Stormy’s and Cohen’s testimony to the handcuffing he is doing to the defense is unreal.

It is also 180 degrees opposite of what judges do in most criminal cases where they error on the side of allowing the defense to fully defend so that the conviction is upheld on appeal.

It's Merchan's courtroom and he runs it as he see's fit. He doesn't play games with ppl going off, being overly dramatic, huffing and side-eyeing him. He's got to be the one who holds BOTH sides to be accountable and in legal bounds. I think Costello was a little bold in his assertions, and as there isn't a lot of corroboration on opinions- that leaves the facts. Cohen at least tied, money to actions, and knowledge, and timelines and ultimately it's Trump who is a micro-penis-micro manager who signs checks,...ONLY when he knows that it's a known reason for the expense. Pleading innocent to not knowing his business dealings, and claiming it was his attorneys fault is a joke. His attorneys EVEN IN THE CURRENT trial know that he is the one who orchestrates the questions, the narrative both pre and post court- and he tells them what to ask and say. I don't hear a peep out of any of the stuffed suits he has outside the courtroom and they are supposed to be great.

Prediction- GUILTY on at least 7 counts of the 34. We'll know within another week and then it's game on. OR ----perhaps Trump can payoff one of the attorneys who's on the jury to get a hung jury??? Nahh...that wouldnt' happen in pay-off land for silence Trumpville would it??

Cohen ties times and dates and money to Trump. The rest is financial records that are false or misleading. They are all swornto be accurate- they aren't. That spells out something to the rest of the world besides Turley who is a shill for the GOP anyway.
