You do realize that the State of Illinois abolished capital punishment in 2011 and the sitting governor commuted all imposed death penalties to life sentences. Have your organizational affiliates failed to inform you of that fact?

I kinda agree with you Kerwil but we weren't there to hear the facts. I will agree with one thing tho....she's not doing much time for killing an innocent man in his own home.
It's kinda like these guys that get drunk and kill someone with a car. They don't seem to get much jail time.
Some things don't seem fair.
Even if it was 100% accident....the person took a life. They should pay.

I say this with no regards to color.....just common sense.
