Biology and genetics they are not related? In the deep south if you have one drop of black blood in you, you are black. Even if you could pass. Her complexion is darker than the head football coach of the Miami Dolphins of the NFL. He is a black man. He is considered to be Black head coach in the NFL. Judge Brown misspoke, period.

Just because Judge Brown does not like Harris, does not mean she is not part black. Is Megan Markle (Prince Harry's wife) black? She certainly is not white. If so there would not be so much fuss when they started to have kids.
