For one Flynn is saying that his lawyers gave him bad advice and the Prosecutors want to talk to his former lawyers …. that is a pretty big legal deal that the Judge is having to mull over.

IMHO Flynn got the green light that Trump was going to pardon him but he had to change his plea. Hard to pardon a crook who admitted to the crime. But it is not easy to get out of a plea deal....so had you read anything about this trial on anything other than bogus Facebook posts, you'd know Flynn has an uphill battle to change his plea.

Our resident counselor LexyLiar knows this but is trying to put a different spin. He hasn't gotten a thing right about this case so far and I doubt he'll start now.

First off, your opinion means dick. In your case, a limp dick. Flynn’s sentencing MIGHT be canceled forever because the case might get thrown out. Now, I don’t know how this will turn out, neither do you. What I did say when this bullshit started, was Flynn will retract his guilty plea. He did just that.

According to THE JUDGE in the case Flynn has not been allowed to change his plea.

After these latest rebel rousing from Trump he still will not be allowed to change his plea. Flynn was not caught up in the FISA Court.

Flynn reverses guilty plea!
Yeah, you won’t hear this from the MSM. But a week after his guilty plea the original guilty plea the Judge was replaced (probably removed) by a new judge. The new judge has ordered any and all escupatory evidence be turned over to Flynn. Not like Andrew Weismann ever witheld esculpatory evedince before. Flynn didn’t know that his meeting with the FBI was a formal interview. Comey said that he didn’t believe that Flynn lied. Flynn’s sentencing date has been postponed until May. I wonder why? Did the FBI also withold esculpatory evidence to the FISA Court? Lots of corruption going on in DC.



First off ….you were wrong as fuck about Judge Sullivan.

And you lied about Flynn having reversed his guilty plea.
