Biden and his attorneys were the people that alerted the authorities they had discovered the classified documents. If it hadn't been for them, no one would have known they existed.
Trump had thousands of pages and tried to conceal and steal them.
On top of everything, trump obstructed justice trying to hide the documents and to keep them.
