The facts are that Jerome Powell is largely responsible for the current mess.

March, 2020: slashes interest rates to zero, and embarks on an unprecedented ''backstop'' of assets, buying mortgage-backed securities, infusing massive liquidity into the sytem. Promised this would go on as long as necessary.

Trump eagerly supported a Federal unemployment boost, asset values began to rise... And explode. In June, Trump bragged about the biggest one month gain (May) in jobs, seemingly forgetting that April was the biggest decline in history.

By March 2021, Wealthy Americans were riding high.. Stock values had jumped high, their houses were valued at unprecedented high appraisals. Biden orchestrated a spending bill to assist the group that lagged until then.. Poor people.

In June, many States cut off the Federal unemployment portion. Good move. The rest stopped it by Labor Day. Which was truly the end of any stimulus, no more free money, nothing. The stats said we made it out.. By October it was clear.. Raise interest rates, Motherfucker! I remember at Thanksgiving, a business owner friend was bemoaning how his input costs had leaped the past month.

Well Nixon was nearly impeached before he resigned, so there is that. Biden is far from being impeached. Even if the house and senate go red they wont have the majority in the senate to convict. Harris not being VP in 6 months is just the most stupid talk you can muster.
