No matter how hard I work or how many hours I work on one loan I make the exact same. I am not busting my ass for a $100k loan when I only make $1250.00 ... *( i get paid on volume with a fixed percentatge)
For this reason lower income borrowers with poor credit are not getting loan, NO ONE including Minority Loan Officers do NOT want to work for peanuts. There are many programs to help these folks but again no one wants to bust their ass for pennies...

Does the Professional Lawyer make the same for a Murder case as with a traffic ticket?? NO
Does the Surgeon make the same for open heart surgery as he does to stitch up your cut?? NO
Does the Welder make the same for making a knife as he does building a tractor? NO

I cannot say how much work you put into a given loan but depending on the credit and particular details is where the more or less work is involved.
You said you make the same no matter what and then said it was a fixed percentage. Which one is it? Those are not the same. Also you stated that the low income and low credit loans were Dems. That is also not true Dems income and credit scores are actually slightly higher in both categories. They are so close that I don't think you would even be able to notice it from your perspective. Also the amount of the loan has no connection to the wealth or credit of a person.
